This is surely the best small hotel, very amiable staff, huge rooms.

The hotel area was exceptionally clean, the room was reasonably large. The room we had included climate control, an individual safe, and flat-screen television. The setting was marvellous, so close to Old Town as well as the Old City of Cartagena by car. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Tabetai Sushi Bar.

I loved having a room with the bed on the upstairs location, it added a unique touch to my stay. Plus, the room also had a balcony onto the Plaza, which was perfect for people-watching. The breakfast in the morning was also a highlight, with fresh fruit, juice, coffee, eggs, and an arepa to start the day off right.

The coffee break was amazing, with fresh fruits and juices made from local fruits. the location was perfect as it was located in the heart of the city, yet it was quiet enough for us to relax. the staff was very friendly and always willing to help us with anything we needed.

The door of the room wasn't closing properly. we had to ring the bell in order to enter the building, and sometimes during the night it would take the concierge a while to answer, which made it frustrating for us.

The two free drinks at check-in were a nice touch and a good way to start the trip. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. , the rooftop pool was a great advantage to escape the heat and relax after sightseeing all day.
