Couple looking for a cozy spot

Had a lovely stay in this boutique hotel. Breakfast was really good and the staff was helpful and accommodating, they even stored our bags before and after check in. Plus, when we accidentally left a small bag in the room, they were amazing and are trying to arrange for it to be sent back to us in Canada. Honestly, one of the best hotels we encountered during our travels in Colombia.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still acceptable, you know what I mean.

Ope, the breakfast blew me away with fresh fruit and the friendliest staff. Jessica at the front desk was exceptional, always sporting a smile. Only downside was the early morning workout outside that woke us up. It was tough to enjoy the rooftop with the heat, but that courtyard is cozy in the evenings.

The Park is a charming boutique hotel located in the heart of Cartagena's historic center, surrounded by beautiful colonial architecture and vibrant streets. Breakfast was a delight with endless Colombian coffee and tasty options. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, and having quick access to the park right outside for evening entertainment was a major plus.

Noisy evenings.

The central location is a huge plus, with a balcony overlooking a cute park. I could hear some street noise at night—sometimes until 3 am—but I managed to sleep through most of it. Breakfast offered a plentiful selection, and the lady in the kitchen was kind. The room, a Deluxe Double, was spacious with a comfortable bed and a little kitchen area complete with a fridge full of drinks for a low checkout fee. The AC worked great in the heat, and WiFi was reliable throughout my stay. However, the rooftop was quite hot, making it less enjoyable to hang out there. I experienced a noisy morning with a workout class right outside at 6 am, which disrupted my peace. Despite these issues, the positives made it a worthwhile stay.

Limited cold water in the shower made for some scorching hot washes. Bed felt uncomfortably stiff and hard. Noise from street performances disrupted sleep, especially if you face the street. The pool appeared dirty and crowded, not ideal for relaxation. rooms were smaller than advertised at only 36 square meters.

Just a proper fit for one night in Cartagena with value for money. The small plunge pool was refreshing after exploring the city. If you're a light sleeper, consider asking for a room further from the street.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the delicious local breakfast with endless coffee and the cozy courtyard where I could unwind after a day out. I also loved the heated swimming pool and sun terrace for relaxing in the sun. The only downside was the noise outside in the evenings, but it didn’t really bother me too much. 🌞
